Manuscript copy of a will registered at the Woodford County court house which instructs and authorizes trustee Robert Kincead to “hire out my negroes from year to year” and “at any time he may deem it advisable and proper to sell and convey my negroes & real estate…” A true copy attested by A. W. Long.
